We were fortunate to be given the opportunity to develop one of the first residential sites in the brand new Victoria Road Precinct.
Collaborating with award winning PBD Architects led to creating a design that complemented the rich heritage of the area, mingled with a suite of contemporary, yet sympathetic design features. The result is a character-filled mix of two and three-bedroom residences in one of the most coveted residential locales in Sydney’s Inner West.

7-9 Lynvale Close, Lane Cove

A well proportioned site overlooking a beautiful park, situated in the leafy part of Lane Cove on Sydney’s affluent Lower North Shore.
A collaboration with award winning Popov Bass Architects led to creating a row of 10 town homes that are contemporary yet meld into the streetscape, and appear suspended in air. Consisting of three and four-bedroom residences, these large homes are unique to the area.
